Have been told you have prediabetes or elevated blood sugar
Have a BMI between 25 and 34.9 kg/m²
Do not have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
Are not taking GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Saxenda®, or Victoza®)
Are not taking medications that affect blood sugar levels or medications for weight loss

No. This study is enrolling adults with prediabetes. Individuals diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes are not eligible.
No. Participants must not be taking GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic® (Semaglutide), Wegovy®, Saxenda®, Victoza®, or Trulicity®, or other medications that affect blood sugar levels or are used for weight loss.
